Information you provide

When you request information, ask for an event plan, or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, company or organization, role, venue or event details, rental location and date, the last four digits of the payment card or mobile-wallet card number, how you heard about us, and the contents of your message. We do not ask for a full payment-card number or security code in the website form. We may attach submission context such as the landing page, submission page, referring page, and campaign parameters included in the links you used to reach the site so we can respond and understand which outreach generated the request.

Information collected through the website

• Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs.
• Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser, device, network, and interaction signals needed to prevent automated form abuse. Chargerent does not send the contents of the inquiry form to Turnstile.
• If live chat is configured and you use it, the chat provider may process your messages and related technical information.
• The Station Finder requests precise location only after you choose that option and grant browser permission. It also retrieves station information to display nearby locations.
• The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for functionality, security, chat, and measurement.
• If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag may process page URLs, referring pages, IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and website interactions for analytics, conversion measurement, and LinkedIn audience building.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and prepare a charging recommendation or quote.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services.
• Provide customer support and communicate about an active business relationship.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our users, business, and services.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, chat, lead delivery, communications, station data, security, analytics, and advertising measurement. Cloudflare supports form security; Google and LinkedIn support optional analytics and advertising measurement when you accept optional cookies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell website contact-form information for money.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including business, security, and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can decline browser location permission, decline optional cookies, change your choice through the Privacy choices link, manage cookies through your browser, and choose not to use live chat. Withdrawing consent stops future optional website tracking after the page reloads. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through this website, contact sales@charge.rent. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally permitted or required.

International processing and updates

Chargerent and its providers may process information in the United States, Canada, Europe, or other locations where they operate. We may update this notice as our website and practices change; the date above shows the latest revision.
